Axiom Labs specializes in building sovereign AI systems and intelligent automation solutions. Our services include, but are not limited to:

All services are provided on a project basis or through ongoing consulting arrangements as agreed upon in separate service agreements or statements of work.

By engaging with Axiom Labs for any services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of our Service.

When using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials or access information
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Respect all intellectual property rights associated with the Service

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Axiom Labs and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Our trademarks, service marks, and logos used on the Service are trademarks or registered trademarks of Axiom Labs. You may not use these without our prior written permission.

For paid services, the following payment terms apply:

We understand the sensitive nature of the work we do. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information disclosed during the course of our engagement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Axiom Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• •Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• •Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• •Any content obtained from the Service
• •Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

While we strive for excellence in everything we build, the Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Axiom Labs makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to:

• •Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• •Non-infringement of third-party rights
• •Uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation

For custom development work, specific warranties and service level agreements will be detailed in individual contracts.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. For ongoing service agreements, termination terms will be specified in the individual contract.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Axiom Labs operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction, as specified in individual service agreements.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
